Our Workroom

Everything Made Under One Roof

Our workroom is where design becomes fabric. From first measure to final fit, it's the same team, start to finish — nothing outsourced, everything handmade in-house with love and care.

The Making

Traditional Techniques, Modern Precision

Each pair of curtains is cut, joined, interlined and hand-finished on our large worktables, where full drops can be laid out flat and checked at every stage.

It is slower than machine-made alternatives, and it is the reason handmade curtains hang better, wear better, and last for decades.

Detail

The Things You Notice

Hand-finished headings

Pinch pleat, goblet, pencil pleat, wave and eyelet headings, hand-pleated and hand-sewn for a crisp, even fall.

Interlining & linings

Bump, domette, blackout and thermal linings chosen to suit the room — adding weight, insulation and a luxurious drape.

Pattern matching

Careful drop matching across widths and windows, so a repeat runs true from one side of a room to the other.

Tracks, poles & pelmets

Corded, hand-drawn and motorised tracks, plus upholstered pelmets and valances made to complement the fabric.

Upholstery detail

Headboards, banquette seating, cushions and footstools finished with piping, tassels and contrast trims.

Care & aftercare

We dress and steam everything on installation, and we are here afterwards for adjustments and advice.
